Universitas Medika Suherman PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, September 2023 Fuji Elfira, 0201319694 XVII Halaman + 48 Halaman + 8 Tabel + 14 Lampiran Hubungan Usia Menarche Dan Indeks Masa Tubuh Dengan Menopause Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bondongan Kota Bogor Tahun 2023 ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data World Health Organization jumlah perempuan menopause di Asia pada tahun 2025 diperkirakan mengalami penaikan dari 107 juta jiwa akan menjadi 373 juta jiwa. Menopause adalah hal ilmiah yang akan dialami oleh setiap perempuan dan merupakan fase penting dalam siklus reproduksi perempuan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan usia menarche dan indeks masa tubuh dengan menopause di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bondongan Kota Bogor Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil analisis uji chi square didapatkan nilai P Value = 0.03 0.05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan usia menarche dan menopause di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bondongan Kota Bogor tahun 2023. Hasil analisis uji ch square didapatkan nilai P Value = 0.027 0.05 maka ada hubungan indeks masa tubuh dan menopause di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bondongan Kota Bogor tahun 2023. Diharapkan bagi petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan, meningkatkan aspek edukatif yang ditujukan pada ibu mengenai menopause seperti penyuluhan, promosi kesehatan agar ibu menopause dapat menjaga pola hidup sehat berkaitan menghadapi masa menopause dan gejala yang timbul pada saat menopause. Menopause is a scientific thing that will be experienced by every woman and is an important phase in the female reproductive cycle. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between menarche age and body mass index with menopause in the Bondongan Health Center Working Area, Bogor City in 2023. This study used quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results of the chi square test analysis obtained a P value = 0.03 0.05 can be concluded that there is a relationship between menarche age and menopause in the Bondongan Health Center Working Area of Bogor City in 2023. It is expected for health workers to improve health services, improve educational aspects aimed at mothers regarding menopause such as counseling, health promotion so that menopausal women can reach their menopause goals.
