ta for 2015, the Infant Mortality Rate is 24 per 1000 live births, while the target for infant and under-five mortality by reducing the under-five mortality rate is 25 per 1000 births. Based on 2015 Riskendis data, the hyperbilirubin mortality rate in newborns in Indonesia is 51.47%. This study aims to determine the factors (gestation period, mode of delivery, and induction of labor) associated with the incidence of hyperbilirubin in the perina room of RS X Bekasi Regency. This type of research is quantitative using retrospectively. The population in this study were all babies who experienced The number of hyperbilirubin treated at X Hospital Bekasi Regency in 2020 was 128 babies. The sampling technique was using total sampling. The results of this study were obtained based on the chi square that gestation period was related to the incidence of hyperbilirubin (p value 0.000 OR 0.314), the way delivery was related with the incidence of hyperbilirubin (pv alue 0.010 OR 0.005), and labor induction was not associated with the incidence of hyperbilirubin (p value 0,319 OR 1,551) hyperbilirubin.
