PENGARUH PIJAT OKSITOSIN TERHADAP PRODUKSI AIR SUSU IBU (ASI) PADA IBU MENYUSUI BAYI USIA 0 – 1 MINGGU DI KLINIK FATWA MEDIKA KABUPATEN BEKASI TAHUN 2022 Siti Julaeha Program Studi Sarjana Kebidanan (S1) Universitas Medika Suherman Email : [email protected] Abstrak Latar belakang: Semua perempuan mempunyai potensi untuk memberikan ASI kepada anaknya, namun tidak semua ibu postpartum dapat langsung mengeluarkan ASI. Kendala dalam memberikan ASI secara dini pada hari pertama setelah melahirkan yaitu produksi ASI yang sedikit. Keadaan emosi ibu yang berkaitan dengan reflex oksitosin ibu dapat mempengaruhi produksi ASI sekitar 80% sampai 90%. Kondisi emosional ibu dalam keadaan baik, nyaman dan tanpa tekanan maka dapat meningkatkan dan memperlancar produksi ASI. Untuk mengatasi hal ini dilakukan pijat oksitosin. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di Klinik Fatwa Medika Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2022 Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Only Design, yaitu jenis penelitian yang melibatkan satu kelompok subjek, yaitu yang diberi perlakuan (kelompok eksperimen). Kelompok efek diberi perlakuan dan akan di uji dengan cara membandingkan hasil sebelum dan setelah dikenai perlakuan. Populasinya adalah seluruh Ibu menyusui yang mempunyai bayi usia 0-1 minggu di Klinik Fatwa Medika Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh Ibu menyusui yang mempunyai bayi usia 0-1 minggu. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil: Hasil penelitian Uji Statistik menggunakan t – test didapatkan ada pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap kelancaran ASI pada indikator Ibu dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 (p-value 0,05 pada α = 5%) dan ada pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap kelancaran ASI pada indikator bayi didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,000 (p-value 0,05 pada α = 5%). Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di Klinik Fatwa Medika Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2022 pada indikator Ibu dan Bayi. Saran Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat menerapkan hasil penelitian ini yaitu pemberian pijat oksitosin bagi ibu post partum untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI dalam rangka pencapaian pemberian ASI Ekslusif dan pencegahan stunting. The obstacle in giving breast milk early on the first day after giving birth is the small production of breast milk. The mother's emotional state related to the mother's oxytocin reflex can affect breast milk production by about 80% to 90%. The mother's emotional state is in good condition, comfortable and without pressure, it can increase and facilitate breast milk production. To combat this is performed oxytocin massage. Objective:The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers at the Fatwa Medika Clinic, Bekasi Regency in 2022. Methods: The research design used in this study used quasi-experimentation with the design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Only Design, which is a type of research involving one group of subjects, namely those who were treated (experimental group). The effect group was treated and will be tested by comparing the results before and after being treated. The population is all breastfeeding mothers who have babies aged 0-1 week at the Fatwa Medika Clinic, Bekasi Regency in 2022. The sample in this study was all breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 0-1 week. Sampling techniques using Total sampling with a total of 30 responden. Results: The results of the Statistical Test study using t - test found that there was an effect of oxytocin massage on the smoothness of breast milk on the maternal indicator with a p-value of 0.000 (p-value 0.05 at α = 5%) and there was an effect of oxytocin massage on the smoothness of breast milk on the baby's indicator obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p-value 0.05 on α = 5%). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers at the Fatwa Medika Clinic, Bekasi Regency in 2022 on maternal and infant indicators. Advice It is hoped that health workers can apply the results of this study, namely the provision of oxytocin massage for post-partum mothers to increase breast milk production in order to achieve exclusive breastfeeding and stunting prevention.
